Apeks Comfobite mouthpieces are designed with a bridge to reduce jaw fatigue and increase comfort over long periods of time. In addition, authentic Apeks Comfobite mouthpieces are hypoallergenic, and antimicrobial. 

We also sell Comfobite mouthpieces in green and color for use on Apeks nitrox regulators, and other regulators used with elevated concentrations of O2 in order to distinguish from regulators used for air (as opposed to oxygen) service.
