XDEEP's NX series BCD's might be the answer you're looking for. Some benefits over traditional backplate and wing designs: 

• 20% increase in distance between shoulder strap attachment points, easing donning even in classic harness versions - Waist band secures shoulder straps upon tightening the harness. 
• Sense of freedom in the water is attained without sacrificing a confident position at the surface through deliberate design of the wing and balance point of the system. 
• The wing is deliberately narrow, maintaining streamlining by keeping the bladder tucked in the space between the divers body and the cylinder. Improving streamlining has a direct impact on gas consumption.
• Reduced volume on the upper portion of the bladder, and shifting the bladder downwards results in a head high position at the surface, and better trim underwater.
• NX series elbow free inflation adaptor allows ideal placement of the corrugated inflator hose, resulting in improved air distribution, balance, and trim as one adjusts the amount of air inside the bladder.
• Increasing the width of the backplate at the top and bottom of the plate better distributes weight across the divers back, reduces pressure on the lumbar region, and provides optimally located attachment points for accessories such as weight pockets.
